ENCY 1.1.3 - What's New

Release 1.1.3 delivers 80 improvements across operations, usability and stability.

Start with RPM of cut-off option in ENCY

New Parameters for Operations

  • Sub Spindle Working (turn-mill): Move LCS with part keeps the local coordinate system aligned throughout the handoff.
  • Turn Take Over (Swiss-type): Start with RPM of cut-off passes spindle speed from the preceding Part-off so existing post processors remain compatible.

Usability Improvements

  • Keep working through outages: temporarily continue with the last workstation even if the license server is offline.
  • Disc tool machining: undercut tools are now supported.
  • Hole-Drilling - Bore5: new Bottom Dwell parameter for a controlled pause.
  • API power-ups: access coordinate systems and create new operations programmatically.
  • Robotics: Borunte BRTIRUS1820A joins the MachineMaker library, 4th-6th axis coupling is supported, smart hints are refreshed and interpreters updated.
  • Refreshed smart hints for OD Adaptive Turning and robot axis setup guidance.
  • Updated interpreters and sturdier direct FreeCAD model import.

Fixes

Removes web-service calls for offline licenses and resolves issues such as interpreter shutdown hangs, NC trajectory freezes and crashes when saving projects with empty models.

Toolpath accuracy is improved across 5D Meshing, Swarf, Cladding 5D, Waterline Roughing, Peck grooving with Bottom Dwell, 3D Helical, Swiss Turn Take Over, EDM with bridges and collision-avoidance scenarios.

Workflows such as STEP import, machining result comparison, Sewing, Drawing mode, NextToolNum, save or copy in G-code operations, Postprocessor Generator user parameters, Multiply Group LCS and robot zero alignment are now consistent.

Note: The 1.1.3 update is available to all users with an active annual support contract (SMC).
